Art Therapy

Art Therapy incorporates the creative arts as a tool for healing and expression. One does not need to be "an artist" to benefit. Art therapy helps us use symbol and metaphor to explore our thoughts/emotions. It is also excellent at bringing unconscious thoughts and feelings to the awareness of our conscious mind. It is beneficial for children, teens, and adults alike! I am a Registered Art Therapist with the American Art Therapy Association.
